Ground shipping delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Although UPS estimates are typically accurate, occasional delays may occur.
Air shipping is guaranteed for on-time delivery and is eligible for a refund if not delivered on time, except in cases of weather or other events outside of the carrier’s control (e.g., natural disasters or similar disruptions).
Air Freight and UPS 3 Day Select are invoiced at cost by UPS.
We do not offer Saturday delivery, even if a Third Party Billing account is provided.
